Live Dining is a concept that is an adaptable, site specific, intervention, ecovention, agricultural, dining, harvesting, planting, performance, work in process. It involves integrating a dining-kitchen room installation in a location where plants grow, where the dining kitchen furniture touch the ground (soil). Within the dining-kitchen room, participants perform the outdoor actions of harvesting and composting in the same location as the indoor actions of preparing, cooking and dining.
